Good picture and good audio. 👍 The Pocket 1 had weak audio. The recording volume on it was a little low. This one is much better. 🤗 Picture quality is good and it's a little better in low light or at night with the exposure. The sharpness is ok. Face tracking is much better. It finds the face and centers it better. Loss of FT is less than before. Recovery of FT is better. Settings are changeable on the camera without the app. There might be 1 or 2 but I don't think so.The app. It's less intrusive than before. It only needs location and storage or camera. But they might be sneaky about it as they require you to agree to their terms. This time send reports or data send is off from out of the box. At least mine was. Hooking up to the app was faster and smoother this time. Literally took a couple of seconds. Could be because I already had an account. I didn't get any FW update notices or FW updates. Already came with the new one.The accessories are cool and good quality. The mini tripod is nice. The external mic is pretty cool BUT it's a little on the low side. You have to hold it pretty close to your mouth for good audio. They need to update the mic recording level. I bumped up the audio on both the external mic to 20dbs and up on the on board mics. The onboard microphones are better than the external mic. Its louder. The quality may be slightly better. Still though it's pretty cool they have a wireless external mic with this. The adapter is way smoother than the plug adapter you had to use with the original pocket. Cleaner look.Tripod screws everywhere. 🙂 A piece you can attach to the pocket 2 one on the extension piece and one on the case. No more rubber strap. The case holds the camera snuggly with or without the wide angle lens. Another cool add on that I purchased for the original pocket. POV is much better than the pocket 1 with or without the WAL. I have had the DJi Pocket 2 for about three weeks now. I was able to detached the small cap at the bottom and replaced it with the mid-size cap. However, now I am unable to remove the mid-size cap no matter how hard I tried. Anyone experienced this? Appreciate any tips and suggestions.

The best portable camera I’ve had, great video quality with lots of great features and the accessories are great as well, just the only complaint is the non removable battery, wish it had a removable to switch out and keep recording but works while plugged into a power bank

UPDATE: We finally were able to activate the camera by buying a different smartphone (Moto Stylus G). So we are adding another star for being able to finally use the camera. However, this does not replace the number of hours we spent trying to get the Mimo app to run on our original Samsung smartphone. Hoping that the Pocket 2 will prove to be worth all of the initial trouble, now that we were finally able to activate it. I suppose that time will tell.

So.. I use a drone to do most of my professional photos. But when I need to shoot indoors or in a super close space (indoors or outdoors) I use the DJI Pocket. It is amazing. I am not sponsored by DJI or AMAZON.

The wrist strap and the wide angle lens were missing. Sometimes it can be a little glitchy and the camera shakes like crazy when turned on but when it’s working properly, it’s a really great camera

This camera is tough! I’ve dropped so many times. I bought it to record out doors and my home renovation. I’ve dropped in creeks, off ladders. Covered it in demo dust and it has paint marks on. Still records great.

It was a used combo package. All the parts were received but were not packed in the original box. The unit was good for movement and picture quality. However it heated up after a while. I had to return it. Unfortunately I lost my 256GB Samsung EVO 3 which I forgot to remove. I complained about my 256GB that was returned by mistake and requested to send me back. But I haven’t got it so far. The return was easy. UPS came to pick it up. But it took two weeks to get my refund.
