The first time I sat in a Papasan chair I loved it and got a great nap, I was sold. Only thing I did not like was the ease of tipping over lmao. So this one is perfect for me, you can still tip if you’re reckless but this one is sturdier than a traditional Papasan chair in my opinion. Everyone loves it including my kitty! You do have to occasionally fluff the cushion.

It is light enough to move but is very well made!! I love it! Great color. I replaced my old wicker one with this and i'm so glad I did. Buy it!!!

We bought this chair for our 16 month old grand baby. We watch her during the week while her parents work (this replaces her playpen in our living room). We had one we bought 25 years ago at a garage sale that was from Pier 1 Imports that our kids called “the turtle chair” that I had to tie to the base to keep it from sliding around. I like that this one is attached and swivels. Our grand baby loves the chair as does our 2 dogs and cats. It is a great chair for our adult kids when they come to visit as well. Overall I am very happy with the purchase for the price.

The base of the 40" papasan chair is easy to put together and is very sturdy - It took me about 20 minutes. The deep seat is comfortable (I am 5ft 11" and 150 lbs) but my complaint is that I can feel the bars of the chair , even though I purchased the high density cushion. I speculate if the cushion is truly "high density" . Overall I like the chair ( it is in a guest room that will not be used regularly) but the cushion and cloth need to be of better quality if used daily.
