I’m making my own bread for several years, but since I started to work again I just don’t have the time 2-3 times a week to do it. I found a video on TikTok a few months ago, and my mom recommended to get a bread machine too. I chose this and I love it. No more staying around to punch down the dough and wait. Just put everything in, start with the liquid, choose the setting accordingly and it’s ready to work. The bread comes out great every time. My 15 yo son able to make it with very little help. The recipes are great. We tried a few of them already. But our favorite is the mix of whole wheat and all purpose flour bread. Simple ingredients no sugar no preservatives. Much healthier than store bought bread.

I’ve been using this bread machine for a few months now, and I love it. I’ve made gluten free bread, regular bread and pizza dough, and now I’m making loaves for family and friends. I definitely recommend this bread machine!

This is the first bread machine I have bought, though I've wanted one for a long time, and I'm so glad I got this this particular machine. I also like having two mixing paddles rather than one. I have made wheat bread and white bread so far, and as much as I like wheat, the white has won me over. The flavor is so good and the texture is much better than store bought bread. I have used this bread for sandwiches, on the side with a meal and just as a snack with butter. It is very easy to use and I know I will use it a lot. It's more expensive than a lot of other bread machines, but I believe it's worth it. I hole heartedly recommend this machine for top quality homemade bread.

most things are these days i may bake it at 400 degrees to off gas the coating. not a deal breaker for me.

This is not a small machine but it makes the perfect sandwich size loaf of bread. We have completely stopped buying grocery store bread and are thrilled to be one step closer to home cooked. Easy to use, simple to clean. Highly recommend.

Having owned a previous Zojirushi Bread Machine, I wanted to upgrade to the Zojirushi BB-PDC20BA because of it's many features, such has two paddles and my bread comes out looking -- store bought. I didn't read my manual, like I should have, and called customer support because I thought my machine was not functioning properly. What I seen as a problem was that when I pushed start (like I did on my older machine) the paddles didn't start kneading right away. Come to find out there is about a 20 minute delay (rest), which I can shut off, if I want to. After talking to customer service; who was great by the way, I was informed not to shut cancel and restart, as all I was doing is delaying the cooking time. Must say following the directions with measurements, using the appropriate measuring instruments, my honey loaf of bread came out looking, and tasting; store bought. After cooling the cutting/slicing the bread was easy. Check out the Zojirushi website for the various product and especially their recipes; easy to read and understand and I personally am looking forward to some healthy food choices that I make myself in my new Bread Machine.

overall fairly simple straight out of the box. i am fond of this appliance. wanted to start eating gluten-free and healthy bread options found it was likely better to make at home than buy in the store. id like to replace buying store bread and make a loaf or two a week with this. i don't think that will be a problem with this machine. i bought this mainly for gluten-free and pizza dough. i made two loafs right away that turned out decent and edible. i was using pizza dough yeast, i think if i get better yeast ill get the higher rise. one was medium crust and one light crust. i have some playing around with the flours and ingredients to get a few mixes i like. on the first one, the darker one i went with more earthy ingredients. i replaced the xanthan gum with psyllium husks, flaxseed meal, bobs red mill gluten free flour blend and a nut- almond flour blend. ill have to experiment with the mix to bring out desired flavors sugars etc.

My granddaughter (age 5) and I make bread almost every week. It’s a great activity that she looks forward too. She measures all of the ingredients (with oversight) — except the flour and butter. I measure the flour, butter, and put the pan in/out of the baking machine. We can make a loaf (tried 4 varieties already), get it baking, and clean up in about 10 minutes. The last hour of baking fills the house with that fresh baked smell. Bread turns out perfect tasting each time (loaf height from end to end sometimes varies by maybe 0.5 inches (see pic)) — and tastes great! Best to also get a bread knife, a slice spacer if you want uniform thickness, and oversized plastic see-thru bread bags — all also available on Amazon. A digital scale (sold separately) makes the flour measuring much easier than using measuring cups.

After trying several bread machines, this Virtuoso is really really good. I know that nothing is perfect, but this comes close. Took me3 loaves to get it right, but mainly because I couldn’t believe that you have to use COLD water! After all my bread making experience, it’s always betterto use lukewarm water. But believe me, you really have to

machine is fairly simple to operate place wet ingredients, then dry on top, then yeast and hit the button i left it alone and came back when it was done. there is a period in the cycle for you to scrap the sides though for me it was not messy and did not require it. being a stickler id imagine the pan is Teflon coated
