Only reason for not leaving a 5 star was because the product was shipping in its manufacturer package and damaged along the way. Shipping in a slightly larger box with some extra cushioning probably would’ve helped. I’d like just the part broken replaced but returns are handled through Amazon and the only options were return or return with refund. I would just like the part broken replaced. Product still works as designed just a little unfortunate.

Love this Dewalt router! It is powerful and like all other Dewalt power tools - durable! Even though it is run by a battery, its performance and accuracy is just as great if not better than a wall plug-in power tool. I’ve used this for many projects and it is accurate, low dust, and powerful. Highly recommend this tool, especially for the value!!
