    The icons are not easy to understand. You need the book to explain what the icon means. I had a Ninja-it was great but timer quit working after a little over 2 yrs. Phillips has a good name, so I thought it would last longer. Ninja was easy even for first time use without a book-buttons were air fry, roast, bake &dehydrate, then temp & timer. This Phillips just has icons which no knows what they mean, there it no air fry, roast, bake etc buttons though in description the fryer says it does those things-You will need to read how to get those features ,I guess. I used the Phillips to do a small batch of frozen fries-timer said 31 minutes for that-my Ninja did a batch in 15 minutes, so it takes way to long. I can cook in the big oven for that length of time. Air fryers are supposed to be faster. What is easier than frozen fries? The machine has just one coil heating element like a stovetop. My family won’t use this machine like they did with the Ninja. Ninja just didn’t last long enough. I don’t care for this Phillips at all-again though it says bakes, roast, grills there is no setting for these in the menu, only icons of frequent items you may cook but don’t know what they mean until you pull out a book to see what the icon means. Takes to long to cook simple frozen fries-did I small batch and have the 6.2 qt size fryer less than 1/4 full just a bottom single layer.

    Bueno bueno esto es un inventazo para los que huimos de mundo fritanga!!!Ya solo para hacer patatas fritas y alitas de pollo, la tenéis amortizadisima. 🍟🍗😋Se pueden hacer más recetas e incluso hay una app "NutiU" con muchas sugerencias📱. Pero básicamente para lo que lo usamos es para ahorrarnos el aceitazo de freir. Os resumo🍟Patatas 1 cucharada de aceite y🍗 Alitas 0 aceite. Así de simple.Las alitas de diez y las patatas he de decir que no es lo mismo, salen más sosillas y otra textura cuando dejan de estar calientes, pero mira, que te estás tomando las papas más sanas que hay.🤙🏼Por ponerle alguna pega, sería que el cable es algo corto y la limpieza donde se calienta es un poco difícil. Luego el cubilete y la cesta se limpia bien, aunque con utensilios suaves que sino os lleváis el revestimiento.Os dejo mi Recetas expres😉:Para las patatas fritas🍟:- Cortamos dos patatas medianas en trozos no muy gruesos ni muy finos (1 cm aprox cada lado).- Las podemos dejar en remojo media hora para que suelte el almidón o directamente las echamos una cucharada de aceite (yo AOVE) y removemos para que se reparta bien el aceite.- Las metemos en la air fryer a 180 grados 26 minutos. Removiendo un par de veces a lo largo de tiempo.- Comprobamos que estén bien doraditas, si aun se ven crudas se puede dejar un poco más, eso ya depende de cada uno.- Por último servimos las patatas y las echamos sal al gusto. 😋🍟Para las alitas de pollo🍗:- Introducimos directamente a la cesta las alitas cortadas con la parte de la piel hacia abajo.- Se puede echar sal ahora, a la mitad o al finalizar. Eso ya al gusto.- Programamos la air fryer a 140 grados 15 minutos.- Pasado el tiempo abrimos y damos la vuelta a las alitas y ponemos a 200 grados otros 15 minutos.- Para finalizar saca las alitas y a disfrutar 😋🍗.Un saludo.👍🏼

    Muy practica y fácil de usar Me parece un electrodoméstico muy útil para cuando quieres cocinar o calentar algo y no quieres encender el horno. La textura que logra en los alimentos la encuentro parecida a como la deja la función Grill de un horno. Puede agregarle un poco de aceite para que quede como si fuese frito.Es muy fácil de usar . Tiene programas según lo que quiera cocinar, pero también puede cambiar la temperatura o el tiempo de cocción si fuese necesario.La limpieza es muy sencilla.Solo tener cuidado al lavar el canasto interior para que no se salga el Teflon. Lavar suavemente.

    This is my first air fryer, choose it based on Wirecutter reviews. Great performance, can easily cook two pork chops or two chicken breast. The only think concerning is how the basket connects to the handle, seems like it could easily be broken. Maximum temperature is 400F

    I researched before I bought an air fryer. This seemed to check all boxes. Very easy to use, easy to clean. Food is great! I bought the 6qt and I am glad I did. A 4 qt would be too small.
